All orders are shipped from our warehouse with Australia Post and a tracking number will be issued upon dispatch. You must provide a safe and secure address at the time of ordering. If you do not wish to give authority to leave your parcel without you being home, please let us know in the 'Notes to seller' section of the website upon finalising your order.
All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Please allow between 3-5 business days for you parcel to arrive. If it has not arrived within this time frame please contact us so that we can track your parcel. Delays may be experienced over public holidays, long weekends and COVID delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for paying any applicable Customs, Duties and Taxes upon receiving. Vesuda Skin and its entirety does not take responsibility for these extra fees, loss of parcel or damage upon receiving. Some items may not be able to be sent to certain countries due to safety regulations. If you have placed an order and a certain item can not be sent out due to this, a refund will be issued for this item only. We aim to make sure we can get these products to you in the best way possible. Currently we offer shipping to New Zealand, United States, Japan, Ireland and Canada. If your country is not on our list yet, but would like it to be, please contact us via email and we will do our best to try get this set up.
